  • *PLEASE COMPLETE YOUR 2011-2012 MEMBERSHIP application before beginning this registration. Guest registration is for guests who would like to join us for lunch only.
  • *PLEASE COMPLETE YOUR 2011-2012 NMCRA MEMBERSHIP application before beginning this registration. You must be currently enrolled in a court reporting program and registered as a 2010-2011 NMCRA Student Member. Guest registration is for guests who would like to join us for lunch only.
  • Must be Past-President, President, President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, Northern Board Member, Southern Board Member, or Central Board Member
  • Must be a member of another state court reporting association. Guest registrations is for guests who want to join us for lunch only.
  • Professional/participating/associate - nonmember of NMCRA. Guest registration is for guests who would like to join us for lunch only.
  • Registration for court reporting students that are not members of NMCRA. Guest registration is for guests who want to join us for lunch only.
  • Licensed Provisional Court Reporter
  • Registration to display goods and services for attendees. Guest registration is for guests who would like to join us for lunch only.

* Please register early.  Convention registrations and payment received after March 18, 2011, will be subject to a $60 late fee.  Pay with credit card through PayPal or send check to NMCRA, P.O. Box 27607, Albuquerque, NM 87125.

Check-In for Convention Friday, April 8th, 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Friday 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.  -  NCRA Town Hall Meeting presented by NCRA Representative.

7:30 - 9:00 p.m. Entertainment/Social after the Friday night session!

Saturday 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. Check-In for Convention/Breakfast served

8:00 - 9:30 a.m. "The Semicolon" presented by Margie Wakeman Wells.

9:30 - 10:00 a.m.  Vendor Break

10:00 -11:30 a.m.  Magnum Steno (first half) presented by Mark Kislingbury.

11:30 - 12:00  p.m. Vendor Break

12:00 - 1:30 p.m.  Lunch/Business Meeting

1:30 - 3:00 p.m.  Magnum Steno (second half) presented by Mark Kislingbury.

3:00 - 3:30 p.m.  Vendor Break

3:30 - 5:00 p.m. "StenoCast, How to Make Realtime Technology Feasible for Every Reporter," presented by Michael Appelman.

Speaker Information

CEU's:  15 total (State)  .75 total (NCRA) 

HOTEL ROOM RATES:  HYATT HOTEL & RESORT $85 + 13% room tax if reservation is made by 3/18/11.  Parking is $10 for overnight and in-and-out privileges, $5 for the day without privileges, and $12 for valet parking.

TO RESERVE A ROOM AT THE HYATT HOTEL & RESORT:    Room Reservations will be made by individual attendees directly with Hyatt Hotel & Resort reservations center at 1-(800)-223-1234. 

(Rooms are available at $85 per night for April 8 & 9, 2011.  Be sure to mention you are with the New Mexico Court  Reporters Association to receive this rate. IF YOU DO NOT IDENTIFY YOURSELF AS BEING WITH NMCRA, YOU WILL NOT GET THE DISCOUNTED RATE.
